The standard monthly memberships run from the first to the last day of the month. Pro-rated memberships are only available  for 6 days or fewer. If quarterly, they run January 1 – March 31, April 1 – June 30, July 1 – September 30, October 1 – December 31.  

Not yet! If you happen to know a rockstar nutrition coach that wants a side gig, please have them reach out to us! 

Absolutely! If you live in the same household, you can even receive a discounted membership.

Individual memberships are $35 monthly or $99 quarterly. Dual memberships (same household) are $50 monthly and $140 quarterly. 3 members (same household) are $70 monthly and $199 quarterly. 4 members (same household) are $80 monthly and $230 quarterly. All additional keys after the first issued are $10. Membership fees are due the first of the month.

Our rough outline of guidelines is simple: 

Gym Etiquette

· Please be considerate of our neighbors: no slamming weights.

· Return all equipment to its proper place after use.

· Wipe down machines after each workout.

· For now, music is limited to personal devices only.

· It takes hours (literally) to clean just the floor. Please help us by leaving the mud, rocks and debris outside.

Keycard Use

· Keycards are assigned to the names provided at purchase and are non-transferable.

· Misuse of keycards or memberships may result in revoked access, something we truly hope to avoid.
